How long does a makeup application take per person?
Makeup application takes approximately 60 minutes per person. Bridal party/Group bookings please allow a few minutes between clients for sanitisation of station and equipment. I can give guidance on timings and work with the Hairdresser to create a schedule so your day runs smoothly.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
$250 non refundable deposit to secure all bookings and hold your date. The deposit is transferrable please contact me for more information.
Are you available on Sundays?
Yes I am available on Sundays, please contact me at info@stephaniejane.com.au for availabilities. Please note prices vary for Sunday bookings.
How much will it cost for a Bridal makeup trial and do I have to book in for one?
You do not have to book in for a trial, however it is highly recommended. The cost is $250 and takes approximately 2hours (Lashes included if required) It is a great time for us to meet, spend time perfecting your look and run through all the details for the wedding day. I recommend this to be booked within 3months of the Wedding Date.
How far in advance do you take Bridal bookings?
I will take Bridal bookings up to one year in advance.
Are you available to travel for Bridal bookings?
Yes I am available to travel for Bridal/Group bookings of 4 or more. Please note that a travel fee will occur please contact me for a quote.
What does the Travel fee include?
The Travel fee covers mileage and most importantly my Time traveling to and from the destination. This is calculated by estimating the Travel time, Distance and any Toll fees on route.
Please note Parking is not included in this cost and must be covered by the client.
Are you available to travel for interstate/ overseas bookings?
Yes I am available for Interstate weddings, flights, transport and accommodation charges will be quoted. I will be available for Overseas weddings again in 2024.
If I get my Makeup application in the morning will it last until my event at night time?
Yes it will last, I use techniques and products to ensure your makeup will last all day and night. Depending on your skin type I can give you tips and tricks to touch up if required. Bridal I will suggest products for a retouch kit depending on skin type and weather.
What are the main Brands you use in your kit?
I use a variety of different brands in my Makeup Kit and am always updating products to stay within trends. A few of the Brands I love to use include: Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass Cosmetics, Dior Beauty, NARS, MAC Cosmetics, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Too Faced, Tarte Cosmetics, Fenty Beauty.
Do you have a Vegan/ Cruelty- Free Makeup application option?
Yes, on request I can only use products and brushes that are Vegan or Cruelty Free. I use mostly Cruelty free Brands in my kit and I also can have a mineral only range available. Please ensure you let me know your requirements before the appointment so I can pack my kit accordingly and remove anything not suitable.
