Please read carefully so that you are fully aware of your rights when booking your Makeup service. Making a booking signifies that you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Makeup Trials are highly recommended for Bridal Makeup but are not compulsory. They are invaluable to gathering information and ideas to create the perfect, flawless look for your special day. It is a great time for us to meet and go through all the details for the day.
The trial fee is $250 up to 2hours, if you require longer extra fee will be added depending on time. All trials are held at my Studio, option to travel if available for a travel fee. Weekend Trials may be available during Winter months depending on schedule.
All Quotes are subject to change depending on starting times, added services or travel time changes. All bridal bookings require a $250 non-refundable, non- transferable deposit to secure your wedding date. Wedding date will not be secured until deposit is paid. Once the deposit is paid, your date will be secured, confirming that you also agree to our booking terms and conditions. This amount will come off your final invoice. If cancellation occurs, deposit amount will be withheld.
Thursday and Friday 4 people minimum spend
Saturday 5 people minimum spend.
Surcharge applies to all Public Holiday's, Sunday's and Early morning (prior to 8am start) Evenings (after 6pm)
Cancellation within 1 month from the wedding day will require a 50% payment of the total invoice. Cancellation within 14days will require full payment.
In the unlikely event, I am unable to attend the event due to personal emergency, injury, sickness or other circumstances beyond my control, I will endeavour to find a replacement of a similar standard, and a full deposit will be refunded to client.
Change of Service
Once the booking is confirmed with a deposit, the number of people booked for service cannot be cancelled. Any cancellations will be subject to full payment of service. Last minute changes of service numbers due to illness including Covid are not refundable.
Adding a service
If timing allows, additional person/s will be able to be added to the booking. Please kindly notify us as soon as possible if you wish to add extra person/s after the initial booking. An early start charge may also be added depending on timings.
The timing for the appointment day (start and finish time) should be confirmed within 14 days of initial deposit. Any changes in time schedule after 14 days of confirmation cannot be guaranteed. I sometimes have two brides per day so timing changes may be limited so please let me know as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
A travel fee will be applied to all mobile bookings. Travel fee will differ based on the location so please give an accurate location when booking. This is subject to change slightly depending on start time and traffic.

If location is in a hotel, valet parking must be pre-booked and all costs covered.
Parking fees must be covered by client and is not part of the travel fee.

If your day is postponed due to covid please contact me ASAP. I will do everything I can to move the booking across to your new date. Your quote is subject to change and will be updated to reflect the pricing at the time of your new date.
